Job Responsibilty
· Schedule and conduct weekly Sales Meetings· Report on Sales activities to Senior Management.· Reaching the Targets and Goals set.· Design and implement Sales & Marketing Strategies in line with the Company’s Business Objectives.· Setting individual Sales Targets with the Sales Team & manage the team.· Compiling and analysing Sales Figures.· Keeping up to date with Projects and Competitors.· Deliver Sales Numbers as per Business Plan, both in terms of sourcing and closing.· Support the team for effective deal Closure.· Oversee the response to the queries of the prospective customers.· Must be a Dynamic and aggressive person with Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.· Must have good team handling skills.· Must be able to train, motivate, and mentor his team members.Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Commission payCOVID-19 considerations:We follow all procotcals of COVID – 19 as per the government normsEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Business development: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 5 years (Preferred)Language:English Hindi Marathi (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 7208981641
