About the role

ing to- Factory Manager
Overall responsibility for all production and interface with all functions at the site.
Responsible for delivering production commitments within the quality specifications and costs standards.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Drive Productivity, Plan Compliance, OEE, Maintenance & upkeep of Plant.
Drive Continuous improvement and efficiency improvements in plant
Responsible for Building a positive team oriented work culture at Plant and provide leadership and direction to plant employees.
Key responsibilities
Be a dynamic leader setting examples and benchmarking standards to achieve targets while maintaining a safe and efficient operation and producing products above established quality standards
Collaborate with various department stakeholders like Planning, Maintenance, customer service and quality control departments to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies.
Be responsible for reducing the losses by identifying, monitoring and controlling wastages
Support ongoing projects on Capacity Expansion, New Product & New technology.
Develop self & build people capability to establish a culture of own and operate.
MIS: tracking and maintaining production data, and ing information to management. Collect data, analyze and bring in useful new insights.
Drive Continuous Improvement Program on- Cost, efficiency, Systems, safety, people, quality
Requirements
Possess key skills and competencies in the following areas: People management – Leading a sizeable team, Production Planning & Organizing, Influencing, Improvement mindset, Logical reasoning, multi-tasking, delegate functions, problem solving, communication, teamwork, flexibility, train and develop Capabilities.
Strong Experience in Production, Planning, Plant Procedures, Man Management, Food Safety Measures.
Qualifications and skills
B.Tech – Food Technology, Mechanical & Electrical
Years of Experience- 10 to 25 Years
