You will play a key role maximizing Sales, Distribution, Product visibility & Display related objectives through leveraging the planned resources & infrastructure at the assigned territory/ regional accounts within the values and parameters set by the company. Role responsibilities
Business Delivery: Deliver on Customer wise Value, Volume and Growth targets by month, quarter and for the year. Achieving the Brand wise, RE wise and store wise targets for the assigned territory.
Customer Management: Driving engagement at Stores through the ISP & MTMs. Work on MT-SAS outlets, escalate customer issues to AM/ASMs and work on market intelligence and keeping a track on competitor launches
Sales & Distribution: Driving end-end engagement with MT distributors & customer supplies. Tracking performance on all set parameters for Distributors & compliance to distributor’s hygiene.
Commercials: Ensure timely submission of claims by the MT distributors- Promo claim, Visibility & Retro Claims. SO should check that all unsalable are being picked from the market regularly.
Execution Excellence: RE wise in-store Execution by ISP & MTM as per the ‘Picture of Success’. In-store activation of Innovation portfolio. Execute and review the performance of invested MT Store & support the ISP in delivery of the same. Ensure the adherence to KWoW norms on market working days and PJP/Travel plan.
People Management: Identify top ISP/MTM performers and recognize them at regular frequency. Connect with ISP-MTM earning lower incentives & coach them. SOs should always coach the MTMs/ISPs during & after the market working.
Knowledge, skills and experience
University Degree
Excellent understanding of Sales, Methods & Processes
PC Literate-Understanding in basics of excel & outlook
Minimum 2 yrs. of Sales experience in a FMCG environment having managed front line sales team.
Understand various evolving channels of trade
Experience of managing Modern Trade.
MBA degree is desirable
