Full Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities1. You will be on a probation period of 7 Days, beginning from the date of your joining. On the discretion of Management, this period can be reduced or extended subjective to your performance.2. For each month, you will be given a specific target by your team leader which you are expected to meet as it will form the basis of gauging your performance. There will also be quarterly targets to follow and keep in mind to keep your performance levels high.3. The targets will be simpler in the start but will get challenging with your increasing experience.4. Your Daily Calling Target Will is 110-120 Calls per Day.5. You have to register 5 students per day for scholarship test.6. Your Monthly Admission Target is 20 Students On monthly bases.7. You will be entitled to incentives of rupee 500 per admission in any course.Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate / Diploma in any discipline. Freshers can apply for the Role.Prior experience in Customer Service / Call Center / Inbound Sales / Outbound Sales / Telemarketing would be an added advantage.Female applicants Only.Must be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) and have superior people skills, also comfortable presenting program details over the phone.Strong listening, persuasion and presentation skills.The candidate must be young, smart, active, having good convincing skills.Enthusiastic, dedicated, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.The ability to work in a team with high people orientation is a mustFair knowledge of MS-Office software suite is desirableMust be fluent in English and Hindi.Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹6,000.00 – ₹7,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
