Our portfolio company, Forever Floral, is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team as soon as possible.As our Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our marketing team to manage affiliates and influencers to increase channel revenue.Who are we?We’re a fast-growing global florist based out of the US with team members located in India, the Philippines, China, and the US.If you want a place where you’ll grow quickly, work alongside smart, fun-loving people and have the freedom to shape multiple companies, then you’ve come to the right place.If you want a stress-free boring 9-5 job, this isn’t it.ResponsibilitiesTake complete end-to-end ownership over affiliate/influencer-driven revenue.Manage our Facebook community of customers to drive engagement, brand interaction, and sales. This includes running contests, creating content, and collecting actionable customer feedback.Work with our content team to produce marketing collateral for our influencers/affiliates to use.Be the primary point-of-contact for our affiliates. Working with them to resolve any issues that impede their ability to sell our products.Create and manage landing pages relevant to the affiliate experience.Work with our product team to create influencer-specific products and collections.Keep our CRM updated.Requirements: Excellent written and spoken English. You will be working with our international team and US-based influencers/affiliates.You must be able to represent us well. You are the core link between our company and major influencers. Strong interpersonal skills are a must.Significant experience managing affiliate/influencer channels.Full-circle fluency around digital marketing including but not limited to conversion rate optimization, paid channels, etc…Build and maintain systems critical to growing affiliate revenue.Able to build and assemble weekly reports/analysis in Google Sheets, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.Experience in a relevant industry such as crafting, floral or similar products is an asset.You are comfortable working ~60 hours a week routinely.
