(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company discretion)

Job Description:
– The candidate would be responsible for valuations of public and privately held companies, equity and debt securities, intangible assets and derivative instruments, among others.
– Day to day activities include data entry from client information
– Analysis of financial data collected
– Customization / utilization of Excel models
– Report drafting
– Interacting with clients and participating in other assignments as required

Desired Skill:
– We are looking for self-motivated individuals comfortable with complex financial analysis and modelling.
– Familiarity with valuation techniques such as discounted cash flows, relative valuations (comparable company and transactions analysis) and adjusted book valuation method are mandatory
– knowledge of fair value and fair market value standards are a definite plus.
– The ideal candidate would also possess excellent communication (written and oral) and research (economic and industry) skills
– Should be Well versed with Microsoft Excel.
– We provide domain-specific training to the right candidate.
