Should be able to attend all incoming outgoing calls with proper etiquette’s and maintaining records of them.
Should be able to handle multiple telephone lines in a timely manner and direct the calls to the concerned person / extensions.
Differentiating the incoming calls and walk – ins and handle them appropriately greeting and assisting Greeting and handling the visitors and guests in well manner.
Should be able to sort out incoming mails at enquiry inbox and distribute to the concerned. Maintaining courier register other reports.
Proper coordination with the respective departments depending on customer enquiries and walk – ins.
Will be responsible in maintenance of attendance register and keeping a track on outdoor duties of the executives / staffs.
Handle the data entry activity, prepare presentations and reports whenever required by the team.
Extend hospitality to the senior management as and when needed.
