· Must be responsible for fulllifecycleof recruitingincluding sourcing,screeningBrowsing, Job portals for sourcing the profilesandShort-listing Profilesbased on the specifications of the requirement.· Responsible for IT &Non ITrecruitment for (Permanent and Staffing).· Initialscreening andshort listing of candidates per job descriptionand job specification· Conductfirst level interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, domain skills, interestlevel, availability, salaries.· Handled requirements of various experience level (0– 15years).· Convince the candidate to join in a particular timeline to fill the Position.· Doing Post Offer follow-up to make sure the candidate joins within given timeframe· Possessexcellentcommunicationsandinterpersonalskills.· Sendingbulk mail to thecandidateusingjobportal.· Lookinginto the requirement ofthe client and workingas perthat.· Checkingthe candidatesresumeaccordingtotherequirement.· Screeningthecandidatesthroughvideo callandphone.· Sendingthecandidatesdetailstotheclientthroughthetrackerprovided.· Coordinating with clients and candidates.· Collecting the documents from the candidates, making the document verification and selection process.· Till onboarding will follow up .· Followingupwith the clientforthefeedback.· Must have major experience indemandslikeC2H or contract to hire.Contract length: 12 monthsJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: ₹10,052.00 – ₹28,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19Speak with the employer+91 8147519042
