· Prior knowledge of building material market

· Channel Sales & distribution

· Appoint new dealer & market expansion

· Close coordination with dealer & logistic team

· Keep track of competition scheme/price & dealer data

· Achieve sales target month on month basis

· Responsible for the dealer education & sales promotion activity.

· Establish strong relationship with channel partners.

· Ability to create market for new and innovative products.

· Organise Carpenter meet and other marketing activities.

· Able to identify issue & solve issue in market

· Maintain punctuality in market visit & report submission.
