Duties & responsibilities
Responsible for Recruitment operations & end to end recruitment
Sourcing, screening, interview logistics, candidate assessment, comp negotiation, Offer release, post offer engagement and enable onboarding
Stakeholder management, regular reviews and meetings with the hiring managers
Update and publish TA dashboard
Manage effective source of hire. Direct sourcing, leverage external career site, Professional networking site, drive internal talent mobility etc
Performance objectives
Partnering with Business heads and execute all the aspects of TA to drive the deliverables of the Account along with Manager

Education Qualification: Degree OR Preferably an MBA in HR or General
Min of 7-8 years in recruitment with minimum 5 years into Volume Hiring
