Title: Manager – Talent Acquisition

1. Team Leader Talent Acquisition
Duties & responsibilities
Responsible for end to end TA strategy for JBS Gurgaon.
Resource planning through active partnering with transitions team and service line leaders to understand profiles & hiring needs along with channels optimization
Provide innovative solutions to challenging staffing situations
Responsible for end to end hiring process from sourcing till on boarding of the candidates
Design TA framework – define recruitment process, create interview matrix, engage with key stakeholders and external hiring partners, create JD directory Responsible for driving core TA projects e.g. TA dashboards, cost effective hiring projects and other key TA projects.
Work closely with HR teams around identifying and participating in external TA forum
Responsible for the TA compliance and annual ongoing audits

Seasoned TA professional with 8 – 10 years of experience post MBA from a good Business school
Worked with good brands to bring good best practices
Candidates in TA role with experience in Finance & Accounts operations hiring will be most preferred.
