What this job involves
You will ensure we build a strategic Marketing plan effectively and increases its appeal for customers, potential retailers and investors. Applying the principle of marketing to drive the identified customers to the mall and satisfy their needs and wants creates optimum conditions for driving the sales, and in turn drive the rentals and return of investment to the owner. You will prepare the annual marketing plan for the shopping mall to set out the strategies and methodologies for reaching our agreed objectives and for communicating the message of what the mall has to offer to the larger community. Following would be your site deliverables:
Develop, spearhead and implement overall strategic marketing plans that address issues in the marketing and communications for our retail mall.
Formulating and implementing of Marketing policies and internal control procedures and ensure strict compliances.
Budgeting, managing and administering the income and expenses budget.
Create marketing plans that set out objectives, plans, and specific activities to be pursued in each area of responsibility.
Plan and organize events and promotions in the mall.
Integrate marketing communications activities via professionally use of the knowledge in various disciplines, i.e. media, advertising, public relations.
Developing and maintaining of the customer service initiatives and achieve service standards set for the mall.
Conceptualize, plan, implement and monitor various marketing and communication activities to support the generation of revenue as well as development of a strong position for the mall in the industry.
Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
Take feedback – customer needs assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction levels.

You will be working on L&T TOD Malls, which is a retail section, located at Hyderabad

You will be reporting to Centre Manager.

Being Analytical and Meticulous
Conceptualize, plan, implement and monitor various marketing and communication activities to support the generation of revenue as well as development of a strong position for the mall in the industry.
Qualifications
You will have a MBA in Marketing with min 4+ years of work experience preferred. Possess relevant exposure & experience in organizing events & activities for the malls, PR, media.
