· To help management in setups of the department.
· Develop short and long-term goals for the entire nursing department.
· To help the Quality Manager in drafting Manuals/Other required docs for hospitals and patients.
· To help Manager HR in recruiting/identifying Nursing & Technicians.
· To take Training about Medical/Non-Medical Machines and instruments from BME and Others and accelerate the same to lower staff and technicians.
· To Train Nursing/Technicians about Manuals and Organisational policies and procedures.
· Participate in teams/committees/meetings as deemed appropriate.
In Continuation: –
· Knows and practices the prescribed philosophy, purpose, policies, and standards of Nursing/Patient Care Services.
· Responsible for total nursing care, safe and efficient running of all nursing wards/units in Hospital.
· Plan and provide nursing care interventions and prevent complications, promote improvement and patient comfort and wellness.
· Directs the implementation of an effective ongoing program to measure, assess, and improve the quality of patient care.
· Manage, coordinate and provide administrative oversight primarily for the hospitals clinical services areas.
· Nursing employee selection process, work assignments, performance evaluations, and formulate staff development programmes
· Prepare and manage budgets, supervise staff and develop policies and procedures consistent with hospital objectives.
· Participates in research activities- identifying the key research areas, conducting, analyzing and implements the research findings for quality nursing practices.
