HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies, and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full-cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.ResponsibilitiesAssist HR Manager in Attendance and Salary preparationUpdating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.Prepare and review compensation and benefits packagesImplement training and development plansPlan quarterly and annual performance review sessionsInform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment statusMaintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary recordsForecast hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothlyPosting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.Coordinating new hire orientations.Handle end-to-end recruitment process.Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organizationMonitor budgets by departmentProcess employees’ queries and respond in a timely mannerStay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislationadmin work- repair and maintenanceSkillsProven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR GeneralistHands-on experiences with Human ResourcesKnowledge of Applicant Tracking SystemsSolid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processFamiliarity with full-cycle recruitingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTeam management skillsMBA in Human Resources or relevant fieldJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:HR: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
