Job descriptionTo handle complete recruitments, payroll, handling statutory compliances, employee motivation, and building up a strong team for the company.Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback/recommendations to the management.Human resources managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resources and personnel departments, and develop and implement policies, programs and procedures regarding human resource planning We are looking for someone with excellent HR and recruiting skills.To look after HR activities for the company To Handle all the Hr responsibilities like – Talent Acquisition, manage the employee life cycle from entry till exit, Performance appraisal, Training, Employee Welfare, Salary processing, Statutory Compliances.1. Appointing the required staff in co-ordination with other departments2. Verifying resumes and performing reference and background checks3. Managing HR team of the organization4. Reviewing HR policies of the organization and application of the same Candidate should be having sound knowledge in Statutory requirements, Payroll, Performance Management, Talent Acquisitions, Employee engagement, recruitments etc.5.
