You will be assisting the UK based client for coordinating recruitments of dentist and allied personnel and assist manager based at our India office with the screening and shortlisting candidates for a dental group based in the UK. This will typically relate to recruitment database management.
You would also be required to access various software/ SaaS websites for posting various jobs, retrieving CV’s, and creating databases.
As a Recruiter, you will be looking to attract and generate pipeline of candidates in the active and passive market using LinkedIn, along with traditional routes such as the Job Boards and using client’s existing databases.
You will be working on various projects for our UK based clients.
You will also be required to carry out basic HR operations activities and prepare basic HR MIS.
Requirement & Skills:
He/ She must be organized and detail oriented.
The individual must have excellent oral and written communication skills as the person will be individually required to communicate with client based in UK.
He/ She must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team.
Involved in complete life cycle of the recruitment process
Should have the skill set to Leverage all sourcing channels to source talent that meets requirements.
Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates
Responsible for screening candidates from Job Portals
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status Completing timely reports on employment activity
Experience in recruitment field especially in UK hiring is a must
Qualification:
3-6 years experienced graduate with strong English verbal & written skills
