ACCOUNTANT- (for Dubai)
The Accountant required to performs a variety of general accounting and admin support tasks including but not limited to:
· Maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
· Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
· Reconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
· Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
· Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
· Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current and filing forms.
· Preparing cheques, deposits, budgets and financial reports.
· Maintain Ledgers, Journals and other financial transactions and resolving discrepancies.
· Abiding by all company procedures and accounting & admin principles.
· Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.
· Ensuring Accounting Department office administration runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
· Commerce Graduates with Competency in Microsoft Office & Tally software.
· Verbal and written communication skills a must.
· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
Experience:
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience as accountant with any industry.
