Management of the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

• Keeping track of vacancies/ situation vacant, Open/closed, and deleted vacancies.
• Monitoring the span of time required for closing the vacancy.
• Job posting on various sites for Research and other position requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Volume hiring experience preferred.
• Detail Conscious and high energy level.
• Ability to work on deadlines.
• Hiring entry level to senior management
