Job Overview
Supervises junior level professionals and senior support level employees, Entry level supervisors or a combination of these groups.
Sets week to week operational activities for the team.

Essential Functions
Develop and review methods to assess quality and efficiency of work performed by team, including metrics, internal process improvement, Work Instructions, and SOPsMatch available resources with business demand and identify resource requirements to meet future business needsCompare competing needs and benefits against existing work and strategies.Manage the implementation of internal, external and off-the-shelf business applications with all IT and business groups.Coordinate in the selection of hardware and software including due diligence activities.Identify and assess technologies, skills, and resources required.Define deliverable, costs, benefits, and ROI for key projects, proposals, and initiatives.Submit proposals to IQVIA senior management for approval in line with IQVIA policies, guidelines, and SOPs.Communicate IT issues to Business units at various levels of seniority.Produce training and communication programs.Manage and support vendor contracts to established service level agreements.Support evaluations and procurement of new hardware.Maintain knowledge of the IT industry, analyze the abilities of tools and technologies and compare with the needs of the business, recommend potential solutions to managers within the business.Acts as formal line manager for Global Solutions IT staff including setting goals, appraisal of staff performance, and development needs. Support staff to achieve their training and development objectives. Identify areas the team needs to develop to meet future business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Relevant business experience Pref Or
