Job Title – Head/Director of Infrastructure

Pay Range – Up to 95 LPA
Location – Tricity/NCR

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technology operations, including network security, and assess their alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement IT policies and systems that support the strategic goals set by senior leadership.
• Analyze business needs across departments to identify and address technology requirements.
• Procure efficient, cost-effective hardware, software, and other technological resources.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as an IT Director or in a comparable leadership role.
• Expertise in analyzing, implementing, and evaluating IT systems and their technical specifications.
• In-depth knowledge of computer systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructures.
• Experience managing and controlling IT budgets.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
