Greetings from Inspire Solutions !!!!!!!We are looking for experienced IT recruiter (Preferably from Consultancy background) for our firm with 1 to 5 yrs of relevant experience (Permanent Work from Home )Responsibilities and Duties· Hands-on experience with HR Recruitment / Consulting firm in End to End IT Recruitment· Good in Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling Interviews· Managing Interview Drives.Responsible for timely delivery of all MIS/ monthly/ quarterly /weekly reporting of recruitment metrics to clients & senior management.· Take leadership in meeting recruitment targets and meeting recruitment deliverables within the defined framework and as per the timelines.Key SkillsIT recruitment, Good communications skills ,Required Experience and Qualifications· Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment· Experience in team handling· Excellent communication skills· Able to work on Fast Pace Environment with Quality OutputJob Type: Full-time
