Job description
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the timely dispatch of Finished Goods
· Managing the maintenance, preparation and routing of purchase orders
· Preparing accurate bills of lading and satisfying air bills in a timely manner
· Overseeing all supply chain operations.
· Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
· Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
· Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
· Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
· Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements
· Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues
· Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement
· Identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in logistics process
· Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements
· Ensure all completed orders are dispatched on time
