Experience: 4+ yearsUndertaking recruitment and selection activities including, sourcing, screening, testing, conducting elimination interviews and preparation of appointment letters.Conducting induction sessions for new joiners, planning training programs, performing yearly appraisals.Employee motivation, relaxation and welfare aspects.Conducting exit interviews and settle dues at the time of resignation of employees, and address employee grievances.Informing new employees of the administrative policies of the firm.Employee Engagement, Confirmations, Terminations, Payroll, Exit formalities, timekeeping, Grievance Handling,Statutory compliance.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftWork Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 8940009511
