About Us
Key Accountabilities
Administer the processing of variable components of pay i.e. ESOPs, Deductions etc. through a defined process agreed with Payroll/HR.Coordination with HRSS payroll and service providers and ensure payroll reports are received on time.Payroll Journals are analyzed with payroll reports and load into finance system.Identify discrepancies and data integrity issues, perform route-cause analysis, work with the concern stakeholders and resolve such issuesProvide support with various audits (SOX/Internal/Externa).Provide support with GL reconciliations for various countries.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to maximize efficiencies and eliminate redundanciesFollow appropriate accounting, finance and/or Human Resources policies and procedures.

Take responsibility and ensuring Payroll Journals are received from the vendor as per the Service Level Agreement, analyses to ensure accuracy and load into finance system as per defined timelines.Research & clearance of the GL Reconciliation.Provide support on balance sheet reconciliation and upload in Peoplesoft ARM module.Support in completion of month end & year end close appropriately.Support in various kinds of audits (SOX, External, Internal etc.)Regular discussion with colleagues and Manager for seeking support / guidance & remove challenges.Handling queriesMaintain high level of confidentiality.HRSS PayrollHuman ResourcesFinance Department & Cash management teamG&COutsource vendors providing HRSS services

Education
Bachelor’s (B.Com) or degree in Finance/ Accounting with 2-3 years of progressive work-related experience in accounting including experience in GL recon.
Experience
2- 3 years work-related experience in payroll or Accounting environmentKnowledge of Basic Accounting
