Work closely with the IT management, peers, and IT leads to identify and align developer resources across various IT projects in a matrixed Agile environment.
Triage tasks as needed, aligning priorities, and reviewing LOE.
Performs developer resource Management, talent grooming and develop interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, conflict resolution.
As a people manager, drive performance management, career & competency management for the team.
Support IT programs, practices, and processes in alignment with the company values and commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and innovative culture.
Build effective staff engagement and team building programs, timely identification of talent gaps within development teams.
Build a relevant, creative, and informal onboarding, training, orientation and expectation setting programs for new developers in the team.
You should definitely have:
A four-year Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent.
At least 7 years of experience in various areas of IT software development, including experience of developing custom build applications.
At least 4 years of managerial experience leading high performing IT teams in development and/or operational delivery settings
Full understanding of the custom build application design
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple IT and functional leaders across sites in a global environment.
Proven experience in building effective staff engagement and team building programs .
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
It would be nice if you had:
Experience managing Agile development teams
Experience building solutions using C#, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL
IT Project Management experience.
