We’re searching for a Contract Staffing HR Recruiter to handle the entire recruitment process, from identifying new personnel to interviewing and evaluating them.Recruiting people online, updating job listings, and doing background checks are all responsibilities of an HR Recruiter.If you’ve done a variety of job interviews, including phone screenings and group interviews, and you’re confident in your abilitiesStrong in Sourcing profiles for Contract Staffing.Talent Sourcer’s responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting active/passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Slack, and GitHub)Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)Ask for referrals from current employees and external networksCommunicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunitiesMaintain candidate databases RequirementsProven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar roleHands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)Solid verbal and written communication skillsCraft recruiting emails to attract passive candidatesScreen incoming resumes and application formsInterview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managersSend job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefitsCollaborate with managers to identify future hiring needsAct as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹10,004.00 – ₹22,825.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusQuarterly bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Recruiting: 1 year (Required)IT Recruitment: 1 year (Required)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
