System simulation engineer
Job Description
The Imaging Camera Group ICG is developing cutting edge HW, FW and SW for Imaging Camera products. We are working on next generation Imaging and Camera-processing technologies and Hardware architecture. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, working with architecture and hardware teams to write and validate simulation models and supporting the firmware/device-driver teams. The work involves collaborations with cross-geo / cross-cultural teams / multiple-specialization domains working on the project.
Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters in Engineering Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering from tier-1 reputed institute/university with specialization in Computer Architecture and programming with 2 to 6 years of experience in solving complex problems and technically leading and mentoring engineers. Work experience in + Proficiency in C/EmbeddedC/C++ + Good hardware architecture knowhow + Development of simulation models in SystemC is a bonus + Exposure to the image formats, MIPI and image processing algorithms + Experience in python/shell scripts is an advantage
