Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. Minimum Qualifications: The candidate must possess at least one of the following degree(s) plus the years of experience determined for each of the areas specified below. The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or a related field of study – 4+ years of relevant experience in software development validation or quality. – 1+ years of experience in one of the following: – Driving initiatives to improve software quality. – Software development efficiency data analysis and metrics creation techniques. – Knowledge of software development life cycle and programming scripting languages. Preferred qualifications: – Knowledge of software quality engineering methods. – Experience in delivering software products to market. – Experience in working with teams needing substantial support to mature their software development practices.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
