Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications M.S in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering 15+ years of experience Deep technical background in applied data science and distributed computing, spanning some or all of statistics, experimentation, machine learning, optimization techniques, and data engineering and architecture. Experience building and leading large and geographically distributed data science product teams. Proactive and passionate about organizational health topics including inclusion and diversity, growth and development of ICs and people leaders, and functional excellence. Skilled at operating in a complex, cross-functional organization where your teams need to collaborate and integrate with other teams across many disciplines. Exceptional communication skills, articulate with both technical and business partners, create effective frameworks to aid the discussion of complicated technical topics.
