Job Description:A technical recruiter is responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and hiring of IT professionals to fill technical positions. A technical recruiter will work to identify and fill job openings, interview candidates, and keep records of applications.Experience:Fresher & Experience person both can apply.Skills:Good communication in English and Relationship-Building Skills.Appropriate knowledge about IT Filed.Good in presentation.Organizational and time management skillsLead with Confidence.Understand Marketing.A Willingness to learn.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenuesResponsibility:Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipelineScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screeningsTake ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirementsPerform reference checks as needFacilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment termsManage on-boarding and new hire processStay abreast of recruiting trends and best practicesManage the overall interview, selection, and closing processEnsure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.Education:Graduate or MastersJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: From ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
