IDSL looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join our IT Department.

You will be responsible for providing remote desk-based support to UK based customers
Management and administration of our internal systems hosted at cloud.
You will provide a mixture of hardware, software, desktop, and network support over the phone.
Log incidents, requests, and changes using the IT Service Management platform and ensure all issues are resolved in the targeted SLAs.
Installation, configuration, and deployment of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment, and software for new and existing customers.
Remote administrative support for onsite engineers.
Provisioning of telecommunications systems ( placing new orders, provisioning new lines, remote setup of routers ).
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the following technology areas is essential:
Office365
Active Directory
Windows Server 2012/2016
Windows 10
Microsoft Office application
Network storage administration
Cloud storage management (Dropbox, OneDrive).
Own laptop or desktop with a faster broadband connection.
Networking.
Previous experience working in an IT support role
Any IT Certifications/qualifications
CCTV administration.
Experience in VOIP / SIP
Working hours : 8:30 – 17:30 UK timing
Mode of work – Work from Home .
