What is the team like?
We are the Global HR ops and Technology team who manages complete employee life cycle from the operations and systems point of view – By aligning and implementing an exceptionally effective Human Resource strategy, which focuses on Global Operations excellence by creating an ecosystem which is aligned with business and always thinking “what next”. We strive for improving operations, System enablement and enhanced employee experience which spread across the geographies.
Key Responsibility:
Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to HR
Maintain HR system (Workday & SAP) with accurate and updated information
Initiate background verification on offer letters for new hires
Ensuring new joiners’ data is updated on time and accurately
Support on Immigration request, Data and Documentation
Prepare employment verification letters based on the nature of requests received
Manage the new hire preboarding process
Communicate and distribute processes and other relevant documentation to employees needed to resolve the query/ issue
Assist with data correction or escalate to Sr. HR Ops Specialist, specifically for issues that cannot be resolved through self-service
Manage all processes and documentation related to employee lifecycle data
Collect data to prepare management reports, as needed
Deliver high-quality, professional service to all internal stakeholders
Follow Standard Operating Procedures
Assist with internal and external audits
Relevant Experience & Skills
1 – 3 years of experience in HR or HR Ops is desirable
Understanding of HR operations including Pre-Onboarding, Payroll and employee benefits
Experience using Human Resources Management Systems (SAP SuccessFactor)
Highly Organised and Self-motivated
Excellent analytical skills
Good research abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines
Highly Employee and Customer centric
Knowledge on Managing the immigration is a must (for one role)
Any HR System knowledge is a plus
