Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, chat or in-person.
Identifying and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware or other technical products.
Troubleshooting customer issues and providing step-by-step instructions for problem resolution.
Escalating complex technical issues to higher-level support staff or engineering teams as needed.
Documenting and tracking customer interactions and technical issues in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Providing feedback to product development teams on customer issues and product improvement opportunities.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to improve technical knowledge and customer support skills.
Collaborating with other departments such as sales and engineering to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Education and Experience
Graduate in any stream
Expertise in Excel
0-1 year of experience
