Responsibilities and Duties
Develop product and marketing plans that are on time with key seasonal timetables.
Manage the budgeted spending and margins for the brands in line with company objectives.
Recommend new and improved products based on consumer market trends, retail analysis and internal costing margin objectives.
Conduct quarterly market reviews to identify key opportunities annual line reviews of branded programs as well.
Set up and communicate all new programs with appropriate planning, sales and marketing support departments. Closely work with sales in the presentation and execution of marketing seasonal programs to key accounts. Update all availability lists (quarterly).
Develop graphics as it relates to packaging, in store merchandisers and advertising (work with support staffs and local suppliers when needed). Develop, coordinate and cost in store promotions and out of store promotions advertising and social media programs to support growth of brands (work with Corporate Marketing and local suppliers when needed).
Build strong relationships with key licensors quarterly meetings, coordination of events.
