Full Job Description1 Communication- The individual should have good communication skills as they need to talk to the client, the vendors and all necessary people involved in the project. Client dealing is our priority, they should be able to convince client whenever needed.2. Task Manaengement- The individual has after discussing the project details with the owner, should be able to make their to-do list and finish it efficiently. Tasks will be given at every stage – Design, Production, Execution.3. Quality Management- The individual has to make sure that the product delivered at the site is up to the mark. They have to make sure that clients are satisfied with the services provided to them. To assure the product quality, they have to visit the factory(if needed) and the site regularly.4. The individual has to stay updated of all the changes that has been done in the project time to time.5.Discipline – The individual should be punctual of the Time given for all the scheduled meetings and site visits. People lacking such quality should avoid applying for this post.6.
