Position: Trainee HR.
Experience: 1 yr. (Fresher can also apply)
Employment Type: Permanent
Recruitments:
· Resourcing manpower.
· Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process Working with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions.
· Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates to schedule interviews.
· Screening resumes, arranging interviews, offering letters and completing pre-employment formalities.
· Handling the talent right from the interview process to On-Boarding.
HR Operations:
· Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
· Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
· Bank account opening, ID cards, Business Cards
· Joining formalities like completion of all joining formalities of new employees.
· Maintaining the Excel sheets, MIS, Data structuring.
· Checking travel and tour expenses and contractor bills and record in relevant software for timely credit of the amount into employee’s accounts
· Assisting with HR Manager for other HR-related activities.
· Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
Administrative:
· Inventory & Order of local office stationery & printing stationery.
· Smooth running-admin infrastructure (Phone, Security, Water, Electricity, Air Conditioning etc.
· Make necessary arrangements for meetings or events in the office.
· Coordination with vendors for all commercial aspects.
· Inventory control and office equipment maintenance
· Overseeing house-keeping staff to ensure the premise is kept clean
Skills Set:
· Any Graduate/ With HR professional can add value.
· Good verbal and written communication.
· Good at Managing multiple Tasks.
· Preferable with a background in Office Administration will be a good fit.

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
