Process – International Email Process
Working Days – 5 days working culture
off’s – 2 rotational
Salary Slab – 15k CTC to 26k CTC
Shifts – Most probably night shifts only

Key skills required: –
*Candidates should have minimum 1 year of documented experience in customer service.
*Candidates should have an excellent English communication skills.
*Candidates should be available to join immediately.
*Candidates should belongs to Punjab only.
*Documented experience would mean Offer letter, payslips or bank statement and experience letter/relieving letter is mandatory.

Interview pattern: –
*HR Round – Virtual on video call
*Ops Round – Virtual on video call
*Assessment test and documentation (in the office)
