Associate Manger – BDM
Job Description:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities: The Business Development person will be responsible for researching potential clients, markets, and partnerships, and identifying opportunities to expand the Indegene’s presence in the MDMT industry.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients: Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and potential clients is essential for success in this role. The Business Development person should be skilled at building rapport, negotiating contracts, and maintaining communication with clients.
3. Conduct market research and analysis: Conducting market research and analysing industry trends, including competitor activities, will help the Business Development person identify potential clients and market opportunities.
4. Develop sales strategies and plans: Based on market research and analysis, the Business Development person will need to develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
5. Manage the sales process: The Business Development person will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring successful project delivery.
6. Collaborate with internal teams: The Business Development person will work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and project management, to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with the company’s overall strategy and goals.
