We are looking for a motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team!
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Technical Service delivery team delivers an exceptional customer experience that will result in increased customer satisfaction and customer engagement.
The Ideal candidate should have experience in handling and managing the team, Helpdesk, Knowledge base and should be able to co-ordinate with the clients and achieve 100% client satisfaction in our service delivery
Service Delivery Manager Responsibilities
Maintaining positive relationship with the customer
Analyze and Identify customer needs and oversee service delivery via the Technical Team.
Regularly take customer feedback via surveys; Plan and implement service improvement as required.
Handle and keep the Support Knowledge Base up to date and create the New entries as needed.
Motivate and handle team and ensure all open client issues and tasks are professionally handled.
Handle the Support Helpdesk, Support tickets Assignment and escalations and monitor the ticker resolution.
Requirements
THE IDEAL SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER WOULD HAVE
A total experience of 5-7 years with Relevant Experience of at least 2-3 years.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Outgoing Personality with Strong Leadership Skills.
Team Handling and Management Skills.
Problem-Solving Abilities.
Organizing and Planning Skills.
