Today ImaginXP stands as one of the largest UX design and Design Thinking training organizations in the country with centers in Pune, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Dehradun, and Mumbai. We have trained more than 1500 students and offer courses that span UX design, Design Thinking, and Product Management.At 13+ company-owned centers across India.With 3 State Governments i.e., Maharashtra Government, Rajasthan Government, and Andhra Pradesh Government.At various prominent companies like NVIDIA, World Bank, KPMG, etc.ImaginXP has also collaborated with 10+ renowned Universities across the Nation to conduct full-fledged industry-led UX Degree courses (B.Des – UX, M.Des – UX, and PGD – UX) INDUSTRY: Education Management FUNCTIONAL AREA: Human ResourcesROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The role will also work closely with the HR Leadership Team members and members of the Executive Board to support them with their communications and employee engagement needs, providing them with best in class communications ideas and solutions alongside experienced and professional communications business partnering support along with talent acquisition activities.Responsible to develop and implement communications, events, and engagement plans. Develop comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy. * Conducting employee engagement plan and activitiesCoordinate the recruitment activities of the organization to ensure the best selection for each function and the selection process is carried out efficiently, economically, and in accordance with the policies of the organization.Working closely with the HR Team and senior leaders to craft and distribute key regional HR/people communications that are engaging for the audience whilst maintaining a clear, open and transparent communication ethosLead on the development and delivery of a pan-India engagement and communications calendar ensuring all initiatives/activities are delivered and communicated about in a timely and efficient ways.Deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and engage employees. This will involve supporting senior leaders in their communications efforts in keeping their functions informed of updates and changes inconsistent and engaging ways.Support the Internal Communications Manager in the delivery of current (and future) activities and channels, e.g. MyCoach, recognition programs, etcTRAINING: The training period is of 8-10 daysPROBATION PERIOD: 6 monthsMUST HAVE’S: Excellent writing, proofing, and editing skills.Able to work effectively and productively with internal stakeholders at all levels.Excellent attention to detail and well-organized.Positive and proactive with minimal supervision. * Ability to work in a fast-moving environment. * Good team player.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹8,807.00 – ₹40,519.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)
