We are looking for an ambitious US Technical Recruiter with experience of working within a360 degrees role with demonstrated examples of accomplishment Have deep understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior based interviewing and closing.
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Qualifications for Recruiter
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or Btech / BE
1-6 years of recruiting experience preferred and Previous full-lifecycle recruiting experience
Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles.
Must Have experience working on USA staffing.
Experience working on dice, w2 , monster portals.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
Exceptional closing and negotiation skills required
