Full Job Description
Role:
Will be responsible for all Technical or IT Hiring
Will work and hire latest technology hiring.
Be responsible for creating and implementing effective processes for talent acquisition.
Use Top Grading methodologies and personality assessments to screen and shortlist candidates
Be responsible for attracting and hiring high-performing team members with a focus on company culture and core values.
Source mid to senior level, highly specialist candidates for internal businesses requirements predominantly in information technology domain
Leverage social media and other recruitment technologies and tools to connect to broad and diverse network
Partner closely with external sourcing for talent acquisition
Network online and offline with potential candidates/stake holders to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals
What we are looking for:
Must have at least 6-7 years of experience
Must possess excellent communication skills
Must have experience in handling experienced Recruitment team members
Must be good in maintaing data in excel.
Must possess good knowledge of all latest IT Technologies and specialization hiring.
Must be excellent in bringing people from multiple sourcing channels
Must be willing to undergo the challenges and resolve those challenges
Must be problem solving, positive in approach, team builder.
Must be aware to handle critical hiring.
Must be a person that is self-driven and can take ownership and drive change in the organization
Must have excellent attention to detail. Must be extremely detail-oriented
Must have experience leveraging social media and other outlets to increase brand awareness
