Function/Department: Branch Banking
Job Purpose
The role entails listening to the calls made by the VRM’s to their portfolio customers and guiding them towards proper closures / policy adherence of the Bank. Ensure that our product offerings / service details are pitched correctly. Role requires regular engagement with the VRM’s & their supervisors. Role will require to closely collaborate with Cross sell and Product teams. This role encapsulates the responsibility of owning the customer experience at the VRM Centre.
