Area Operations Executive/Manager
What we want?
This position we are looking for Ex entrepreneurial/experienced folks and have been a part of a tremendous business growth journey within a short span of time.We are running 30% -40% of growth on an M-O-M basis in terms of Revenue/business and looking for the next level of growth. Contract and Responsibilities
Develop and run the Business as an entrepreneur to scale next levelHandling P&L and being part of growing 10x-15x revenue growthDeveloping and handling a large Mechanic team and maximize their productivity daily basisRevenue Management M-O-M, Weekly, bi-weekly as per business projectionCity Level seamless customer experience provided liaison with the city operations teamLiaison with multiple stockholders like- Tech, Product, Marketing, HR and finance to execute daily operation/taskOversee the overall category performance city wiseBuilding revenue streamline as per P&L projectionSelf-starter and high in adaptability for high growth paced start up.Be open to putting your hand on dirty to execute an everyday challengeExtremely data-driven and result oriented, think out of the box to bring extreme value for the organization and benefitedDeigning business projection to place into founders and develop operation metrics to measure process efficiencyNeed to develop operation excellence to meet business goal M-O-M
People Management
Leadership, problem-solving, communication skills to lead and manage a large teamFair understanding and skills to develop unstructured demand channels and balanced with supplyStrong Negotiation and deal closing abilities

As Leadership, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership to the team and improving efficiency. You will ensure that the function operates smoothly, maintains accurate, and achieved day to day targets, and maintains empathy towards our Mechanics. Have to be actively part of business projection and design operational matrix to measure business performance.
Qualifications:
Pedigree education background – from Automobile Industry or service sales5-7 years of core operations management/sales experience and fast-paced growth start-up experienceStrong business acumen, analytical skills, data-driven, and P&L focused decision makingEx entrepreneurial experiences

Rate of Pay
Solely on the basis of Commission per Job, hence company does not hold any liabilities for any kind of monthly or yearly remuneration except the contract rate.10% of Service Charges per invoice serviced by you and your Team.Incentive(As per PBA and Management Discretion).Over Time Allowances (As per Circular and Ratings).TA as per (As per Circular).Terms-No work No pay.
