Job role & responsibilities
1. Industry coverage: Focus on a few industry verticals, staying up-to-date on market trends, news, and developments.
2. Client management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Deal execution: Assist in executing deals, such as mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, and advisory projects.
4. Research and analysis: Conduct financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to support deal teams.
5. Pitch books and marketing materials: Create presentations and materials to market the bank’s services to clients.
6. Financial modeling: Develop detailed financial models to support deal negotiations and client pitches.
7. Team collaboration: Work closely with senior bankers, product specialists, and other teams to prepare client deliverables.
~Qualifications- CA or MBA from Premier institutes with 2-7 years of M&A, PE or VC deals execution experience
