We are looking for a HR Partner to help us execute employee engagement/virtual engagement for our strategic business unit. HR Business Partner provides a broad range of HR support and consulting services to business units, serving as the primary Human Resources contact and advisor to managers and employees. Partners with HR peers in execution of HR programs and strategies, projects & initiatives, and to seek and provide innovative solutions that support and optimize the objectives of the business. HR professional who thrives in ambiguity, is flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced organization and can demonstrate strong executive communication and presentation skills to communicate across all levels of the organization.
In this role, you will work closely with Business leaders and HR leaders across the Icertis.
What you will do
Partners with aligned business area on a wide range of talent management and organizational business challenges, (performance optimization, organizational design, talent assessment, employee relations, change management, leadership coaching).
Drive internal engagement opportunities and ensure superlative employee experience
Designs tests and visual aids and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of engagement programs
Work with the global functional teams to support and execute programs in employee engagement, career paths, succession planning, performance evaluations, compensation planning, recruiting, retention, etc.
Design team building programs/virtual engagement to build healthy relationship between employees
Collaborate with leaders to develop and maintain a consistent talent review process and help identify career development plans for high performers
Work closely with staffing and recruitment teams for manpower planning
Design and deliver various employee engagement initiatives, leadership connects, etc.
Support the employee queries

Skills and Qualification:
3-5 years of HR experience in relevant role
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources, Business or other related field.
Business acumen – to build and develop solid understanding of functional business groups.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and handle confidential information and conversations appropriately and with care.
Prior experience in working in a high growth, start-up environment will be desirable
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve
Time Management, prioritization, organizational skills, attentiveness, and keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with partner counterparts and internal team members
A strong team player – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
