Ensure the servers up sell too and are aware of the latest deals and offers we have
Making sure the guests are comfortable and taken care of everyday

Guest Relations (PR) /Marketing/ Advertising/Floor Management
Manage all marketing materials, website updates, and social media presence on behalf of the Restaurant
Responsible for corporate messaging development and distribution
Be the point of contact with restaurant deliverables before they are published/distributed ensuring all formatting, aesthetics and content are in line with restaurant standards and expectations, after getting an approval from Restaurant Manager
Proactively generate ways to advance the Restaurant’s brand in industry publications,digital media,speaking opportunities,conference participation and other forms of advertising
Actively market and promote restaurant news and offers, restaurant management and acquisition activities including media release distribution, article development / pitch, social media, etc
Ghost write articles on behalf of restaurant/key team members
Assist team in the preparation of new event materials including, meeting pitch and prep, presentations, etc
Develop branded materials as needed Implement the annual marketing plan as informed by Restaurant ManagerYes
