Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Talent Marketing Manager, you’ll be taking ownership of India’s recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy as well as executing on clear deliverables. Applying your marketing discipline knowledge and client-centricity, you’ll be designing innovative talent solutions and metrics-driven candidate experiences that help talent clearly understand the value inherent in a career at Kyndryl. You will leverage your knowledge of social media, digital marketing, events and creative communications to bring to life our employer value proposition.
You will play a critical role in building upon the existing foundation and making Kyndryl’s talent marketing strategy an industry leading program as we continue to grow and scale for the future.
Responsibilities: (But not limited to)
The role is an unrivalled combination of leadership across traditional employer branding and talent attraction responsibilities driving innovative ideas to re-define how candidates experience the Kyndryl brand. You will directly help support your Indian Talent Acquisition Leader, with the support of leadership.
Lead, develop and optimize our digital portfolio to target active and passive diverse talent using channels such as career site, social job sites, job boards/niche sites, and develop programs across online and offline attraction events, local and global campaigns aligned to hiring needs in partnership with the Global Talent Marketing team. As well as executing on attraction methods such as event experiences both online and offline.
Be hyper focused on channel marketing best practices, drip and engagement campaign strategy, social channel landscape, and ensuring we are able to create content that resonates with our segmented target audiences, always focused to attract a highly diverse and quality candidate pool.
To track and evaluate metrics associated with recruiting and marketing campaigns in order to determine ROI. Develop and implement metrics to measure effectiveness and value of programs and best inform your local stakeholders.
Manage the candidate experience of potential and future hires, using technology to engage and nurture potential talent, including improving application experience for Kyndryl job seekers to help drive better conversion rates.
Engage with the Kyndryl Talent Community and collaborate to develop relevant materials and information to help optimize the hiring process while building Kyndryl’s recruitment brand equity.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong experience in strategic role previously, driving successful campaign execution and data driven marketing decisions to influence the output of talent marketing efforts whether that be in an employer branding role or a marketing/comms role that can transfer into the recruitment marketing arena.
Collaborate with; a global talent marketing team that are both strategic and delivery focussed in regions, local talent acquisition teams and align direction the regional talent acquisition leader, key business leaders and hiring managers in key hiring areas across India plus D&I, HR, Marketing, Brand and Communication teams.
You will need to be a problem solver and find the best solution to support our clients.
You will also need to have an entrepreneurial edge to generate ideas and drive it forward independently.
You will also be a knowledge seeker and someone who wants to continuously upskill themselves and supports learning opportunities for the teams and clients around them.
Demonstrated experience in handling stakeholder management, event management (virtual and physical), copywriting, basic design editing skills, social media management, content generation, data + analytics, campaign management.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Video editing skills, email marketing (basic HTML), project management, user experience, enablement, and training experience (for clients – recruiters and hiring managers)
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
