Your Role and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a dynamic TA professional to support and drive the day to day operations of the India based Talent Acquisition Coordinators. This team is responsible for a full range of support to the Talent Acquisition Partners, Scrum Masters and Hiring Managers including managing the flow within the Applicant Tracking System, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, managing pre-employment checks, and preparing for onboarding.
This position will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager for US Operations to ensure a quality candidate and manager experience within the hiring process. This position is located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Driving the day to day functions for a team of dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinators
Balancing workload and alignment of resources
Encouraging a culture of collaboration, diversity, learning and a growth mindset
Data analysis and reporting to include cycle times, volumes, utilization and more.
New hire and current team member training
Resolving operational issues and escalations
Ensuring that cycle times are met, and quality of the team efforts meet goals
Driving a high level of client satisfaction
Using agile and design thinking methodologies
Developing and facilitating ongoing training for the two functions
Ensuring compliance with process and controls
Identifying and implementing process improvements which transform and simplify the hiring process
Proficient in Microsoft office tools, with solid knowledge of PowerPoint
Have experience creating presentations for clients
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 6-8 years of operational experience with an HR or Talent Acquisition function
Should have written and oral communication skills and ability to effectively engage with a multitude of different professionals
Organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands without missing deadlines
Demonstrated time management skills, teaming skills and teamwork orientation
Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate and diffuse conflict
Resourceful and able to work independently
Prove communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Ability to manage workload to meet requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in TAC
Proficient in Microsoft office such as excel and Powerpoint
