Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify business requirements, architect solutions and implement them.
Ability to lead functional teams and ensure timely deliverables.
Should be able to conduct workshops for understanding business requirements and map them to TPM solutions.
Ability to work with vendors to get solutions to product issues in TPM.
Hands on experience of 2 – 3 full life cycle implementation projects TPM including at least 2 as team lead.
Familiar with the processes of incident management, Change management and Problem management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Hands-on experience of TPM functional areas with a minimum 10 to 12+ years.
Expertise in the implementation of the following areas of TPM/CBP –
Functional knowledge of business processes related to TPM and CBP like Customer Account planning, Marketing processes, Sales Planning, Budgeting process, Promotion planning, integration with rebates / condition contracts and claim settlements.
Customer and Product master data set up and integration with ERP (ECC and S/4HANA)
Trade Promotion Planning (TPM) – Trade Promotion set up, Spends Management, Key figure planning, Head Quarter Planning and Budgeting – planning preparation, target distribution, planning execution, Territory Management
Customer Business Planning (CBP) – Plan optimizer, baseline planning, planning approval, planning execution
Integrate Trade Promotion with Customer Business Planning
Trade Promotion Execution – ERP integration, In store preparation, in store tracking
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Working knowledge of ABAP debugging and troubleshooting
Complete knowledge of integration with BI, S/4HANA and other systems
Knowledge of CRM Web UI architecture
Experience of migration and upgrade kind or projects
Funds Management – Funds planning, Funds consumption, Funds Tracking through Checkbook and integration with CO
Accruals management process for all conditional investments based on the performance of the customer and the different accruals calculation
Trade Claims Management – Claims processing, Integration with Dispute Management, Claims settlements, Integration with FI
Integration with BI for Key figure Planning
Knowledge of integration of Funds, Promotions and Settlements with ERP (ECC and S/4HANA)
Experience of CRM middleware, BDocs management and troubleshooting of middleware queues
